I will give you realistic, practical solutions that maximise results.

This will be a holistic approach, and amongst other aspects, I will be focusing on your lifestyle, history, symptoms and goals. 

 

Sleep, stress, inflammation and other factors can affect your microbiome, mitochondria and metabolic rate, so it is very important to remove the things that are compromising you & your immune system in order for you to function optimally & achieve your health & wellness goals.

For instance, this may be dietary changes for weight loss, nutrition advice for post cancer thriving, or help with the ever present menopause issues.  It could be that you would like mindfulness coaching, supplement or testing recommendations.  I may even suggest some environmental detox advice, as the toxins in so many high street products can cause havoc on your hormones, mitochondria and microbiome.

There is no one size fits all, which is why it is important to work with you as an individual, creating a metabolically healthy & happy whole YOU!

Disease (dis-ease), really is a state when the body is out of synchronicity

and lacking harmony in health.  By balancing your whole self & addressing your whole life & outlook you truly CAN heal.  

 

It all starts with a New Client Consultation where we will begin 'The Integrative Coaching Method', which is a proven approach to health coaching.

The initial consultation is an hour and a half, allowing plenty of time for me to work through the questionnaires & get an in depth insight into you, your history, current issues, & goals (prior to the consultation I will send you 2 comprehensive questionnaires, which will give me insight into your health history & your goals.  You will also complete a 4-day food diary).   â€‹

I always follow up the new client consultation with a complementary phone call or email to make sure everything is clear.

​

The next stage of the journey is the 'Coaching Program', which are a series of follow up health coaching sessions, along with optimal resources & add-ons that guide you toward your health & wellness goals.  For instance, this may include shopping lists, cupboard staples, simple recipe ideas, a fitness plan, functional movement recommendations, or test suggestions to support your healing journey.

 

The last stage of the journey is what we call 'Beyond the Coaching Program', where the focus is on reflection, closure, & planning for life beyond coaching.  I will assist you in creating a sustainable path forward for your health & wellness, which may include referrals for other services, support & resources.

The positive impact of your time with me will continue even when our coaching journey ends. 

 

I generally recommend a maximum of 6 sessions, which gives you plenty of time to review how you are feeling, & whether you are achieving/making progress towards your goals.  We can however tweak anything should this be necessary, but the aim is for you to thrive without me.

 

The time you spend with me can be used as you wish, and will be driven by your individual and personal needs.
